alhamdulillah.thankful to Allah for give me the way to solve my probs in doin hplc.i just got three separated peak (cad and put still shoulder but better than before).but this time i used isocratic, not gradient.maybe shud change laa.alhamdulillah.thanks gurls-ju,sal,choilee n intan (my dedicated student ;)
