Alhamdulillah.a great thankful to Allah for the bless in everything that i've done on 23Rejab.my day start wit solat subuh.i'm a bit late actually that morning.took bath and dressed up as fast as i can witout miss anything that i usually do in the morning.everything must be like usual,morning procedure-wash my face,gosok gigi,rinse wit oralB,use johnsons n johnsons shower gel,nivea body whittening lotion,face toner,moisturiser,blemish gel,relax 5 seconds,smooth n clear foundation,MAC loose powder,MAC compact powder,estee lauder eyeliner,mentholathum lip gloss n maybelline lipstics.fuhhh...its a lots isn't it? hmmm.never realize before this.Then, a glass of milk.next was 'isi minyak' at Petronas.fetched him at his house.went to iium around 8.30am.we had our breakfast at MacD Project gombak.we move at 9.30am to mahallat halimah.once we arrived (9.45am),2 of the organizer was there to welcome us.woaaa...make me more nervous.he also i guess.they bring us to the mph(not mph bookstore laa..multi purpose hall).against we shocked.. because they put both of our name on the board.as a speaker.Ya Allah..please make everything run smoothly.amin(i pray in my heart).then,we waited bout 30min before we can start.its sunday morning sindrome.so most of the participant a bit late.its ok..it gave us time to relax n adapt to the place.around 10.15,he started the talk.what a gud performance from him eventhough this is the first time.he's delivered so well and somemore..funny.the participant seem like to his talk.alhamdulillah.he took almost 1 and quad hour.we made a bit alteration.i'm goin to handle on the practical activity.they are given 5min to write wat they have eaten yesterday.and i continued the session.analyzed their own diet.i just took 1/2 an hour.honestly, i'm enjoyed myself doin it.i luv to share info.i luv to have a healthy discussion like that.he said i'm doing well.in my own way.alhamdulillah.he made the conclusion.and we both handled the Q & A session.there were a few question from them.it shows a concern and interest in the topic.thats a gud sign right?we managed to answer all the question.most are prepared.alhamdulillah.the session was end wit a gift for both of us.we never expect any gift.never.we look it as a valuable experience.but anyway thanks a lots to the organizer.we had our lunch wit the committee organizer.it was luvly.have a chitchat wit them.sharing our little experience.tried to know bout them better.to tell the truth they gave us a vip serve.we really appreaciate it.our thanks goes to zaza,zu,habibah,wani,masillah,mar,aida.we left iium around 1.30pm.we bring together the great n sweet moment that we just had that morning.nothing else i could say.just Thankful to Allah.He gave the strength for us to do it.Alhamdulillah..i took it also as a gift on my birthday::23Rejab:: now i'm alredi 25 years old.
